This entails centralizing all facilities maintenance issues. From here we will control and appoint selected sub-contractors to attend to various services i.e. lift maintenance, repairs and maintenance, security, gardening etc.
This division attends to all the financial needs of our clients in our database. Our clientele are our landlords, sectional title and full title property owners, tenants, ex-tenants and ex-owners.

The activities include the advertising and letting of vacant space. The marketing and sales of above mentioned properties. Tenant evaluations are done and finalization of agreements.
